Consultation

Assistance with any issues relating to your wedding including theme development is available at a flat rate of $150.00/hour for the first hour and $50/hour for each hour after that.

Day of Coordination

The day of service is a great option for those brides that are already on the right track and just need someone to oversee their vision for the day of. Our events team will ensure your visions and ideas come to life. It is your day; you have worked hard for it so it is important you get to enjoy it!

Our day of coordination package will include the following:

  • Two in person meeting prior to the wedding to develop a timeline of events; create an emergency contact list; ensure that our GCR Events team is up to speed on everything going on
  • Unlimited email and phone contact leading up to and including the day of the wedding
  • Review of all vendor contracts
  • One week prior to the wedding, finalize all details with vendors
  • Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal and management of rehearsal if necessary
  • Attendance one hour prior to ceremony to assist with any last minute details including but not limited to putting out programs; pew markers; processional line up
  • Transportation of any décor from the ceremony site to the reception location
  • Management of small décor details including place cards, favors and centerpieces
  • Communication with all vendors on the wedding day
  • Management of the Wedding Day Itinerary
  • Delivery of final payment to vendors if necessary*
  • Use of the Wedding Emergency Kit
  • Wedding day management until late lunch is served

Our day of coordination packages start at $750.00.

Full Service Planning

We really love weddings and we want you to love yours as well. Our full coordination packages are great for those who are out of town and trying to plan a wedding, are busy with work and don’t have the time to deal with planning their own wedding or just don’t want to have the stress of dealing with all the wedding related issues. Our experts will step in and help you enjoy the whole process!

Our full service wedding planning package will include the following:

  • Monthly in person meetings to stay up to date on the planning process.
  • Unlimited email and phone contact leading up to and including the day of the wedding
  • Theme development and décor recommendations
  • Wedding budget development
  • Ceremony and reception site visits
  • Vendor recommendations based on the couples needs
  • Vendor negations, meetings and contract reviews
  • Development of the wedding day itinerary
  • Development of an emergency contact list
  • 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding, finalize all details with vendors
  • Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal and management of rehearsal if necessary
  • Attendance one hour prior to ceremony to assist with any last minute details including but not limited to putting out programs; pew markers; processional line up
  • Transportation of any décor from the ceremony site to the reception location
  • Management of small décor details including place cards, favors and centerpieces at reception location
  • Communication with all vendors on the wedding day
  • Management of the Wedding Day Itinerary

Our full service packages are 10% of the wedding budget with a minimum of $1500.00.
