Green County Rentals started in 2004 with the idea of becoming another option for event rentals in Red Deer and the surrounding area. They would focus on the offering their clients a more personalized service over their competitors and give brides and grooms the option of set up/take down.

Fast forward six years and now you have an amazing company which thrives on personal, private consultations with their clients to ensure they are getting exactly what they want. With their current company expansions they are now offering everyone the opportunity to have an experienced decorator without having to use their rentals and free site visits to the event location.

Little bit about the owner Heather Markiw. Heather comes from a small town in Southern Manitoba, Morris. Growing up she has always been involved in different community events and assisting wherever she could. She graduated from Red River College’s Tourism Management program and since been planning events of all types. Her portfolio includes, the Manitoba Stampede and Exhibition Parade, awards dinners, golf tournaments, numerous weddings and birthday parties. When she is not decorating for events, she spends her time with husband John and their two puppies, Gadget and Sierra.
